UT's next coach is......

I think over the next few seasons, mayn UT fans will realize that like him or not, Fulmer is a hell of a coach.

Agreed on that. Looking from the outside though and having absolutely no idea what's really going on, it looks like he'd prefer to be in Knoxille. I don't know how someone that young who's never been in charge of a D1 football program and who's responsibility at USC was scetchy at best would handle it.

Brent Hubbs said that talking to Hamilton that he wanted someone with head coaching experience and that was a good recruiter. I don't know if you could really call Kiffin the first. I think they may make a run a Leech. He only makes 1.75 million a year and they refused to give him an extension and a new deal before the season.

Leech would be a nice change for UT, it would take a couple recruiting classes to really shine, but it's not like UT doesn't have athletes all over the sideline.

If Leech is gonna move this will be the year, because I'm sure TT will offer him a nice extension after this season.

I hate the spread. That's the only thing for sure I'd like about Kiffin. I'd prefer a pro style offense.

He might be a "helluva" man, but not so much as a coach. A man, a friend, a father figure, I'll give ya those. He has shown over and over that he can't develop a player.
